November Special Called Meeting

Mayor Keller called the Special Called Meeting to order at 19:00 Hours.

Present: Keller, Wilson-Kube, Thomas, Payne, Harlowe, Besley (19:02), McGehee (19:06)

19:01 Motion by Payne, Second by Thomas to go into closed session for the purpose of discussing potential litigation (2.2-3711 (A) (7). Motion passed 4 for, none against. Note Besley and McGehee arrived during closed session.

19:24 Motion by Wilson-Kube to return to open session, Second by Payne. Motion passed 6 for, none against.

19:25 Vote for certification: Keller-yes, Wilson Kube-yes, Thomas-yes, Payne-yes, Harlowe-yes, Besley-yes, McGehee-yes.

19:25 Motion by Payne to pursue litigation of the Old Mineral Elementary School matter with Arnold and Porter LLP as Counsel. Second by Thomas, Motion passed by roll call Wilson-Kube-yes, Thomas-yes, Payne-yes, Harlowe-yes, Besley-yes, McGehee-yes.
